This return and exchange policy applies only to slings ordered directly from us from our instock inventory.

If you have custom slings made (custom means anything over a size 30, half sizes, or anything below a size 21, a sling made with your fabric, or a fabric made padded that is normally only unpadded and vice versa) then we can not resell them and they are not returnable or exchangeable. This sling was made for you specifically and you were informed of this before ordering it.

If you bought your slings from a reseller such as Mamabargains or Attached to Baby, then that store's return/exchange policies would apply. Mamabargains does not offer size exchanges, so please do not contact us to exchange a sling that you bought there.

Exchanges

You do not need to email or call us to exchange your slings unless you have questions. Please exchange your slings in a timely manner. We are flexible and willing to wait until you give birth or until your weight has stabilized after birth. We do not enforce a time limit on exchanges, however please be reasonable. It is not reasonable to wait a year to exchange your sling. Within 6 weeks of giving birth, you should be able to tell if your sling fits or not. Our fabric selection is constantly changing, and slings that aren't exchanged in a timely manner are sometimes not resellable at full price. Just follow these simple steps below for the quickest processing:

How do I exchange my slings the first time?
  1. Fill out our exchange form. This reserves your new slings for you from our inventory.
  2. Mail the slings back to us at the address shown on the exchange form
  3. We receive your slings here
  4. We mail the new slings back to you at no cost!

What if I need a 2nd exchange for an order?
  1. Fill out our exchange form
  2. Mail the slings back to us with payment for return shipping ($6 for one sling and $8 for 3 slings)
  3. We receive your slings here
  4. We mail the new slings back to you

All slings returned to us must be in resellable condition!

What does resellable condition mean?
Slings returned to us must be:
  • clean
  • unwashed
  • unscented (no cigarette smoke, air freshener, perfume or any other odors)
  • undamaged
  • dry
  • no pet hair
  • no shipping damage (pack the slings to avoid damage in shipment, including moisture. Damaged slings can not be exchanged for new slings)
  • Carefully folded and packaged.
Please ship your slings to ensure that they arrive safely. We are not responsible for slings shipped to us that are lost, damaged or undelivered. If the slings do not arrive here, we do not replace them.

RETURNS

All returns must be received here within 30 days of your order date. There is a $6 restocking fee, deducted from your refund, when an entire order is returned. There is no restocking fee for partial returns.

"Buy two get one free"
If you bought 3 or more slings in one order, please remember that you received a discount for your order. If you return slings so that you keep less than 3 slings, you will be charged full price for the slings that you keep. For example, if you order 3 slings, you must return at least 2 to get a refund.

How do I return my slings for a refund?
  1. Fill out our return form
  2. Mail the slings back to us
  3. We receive your slings here
  4. We issue your refund or store credit within 7 to 14 days. Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment.
